How to Use

This device allows sharing an antenna between a radio and an SDR. Follow these steps to set it up:

1. Open the box, remove the "jumper," and change the device to automatic control. This will automatically close the SDR receiving channel when the radio transmits.
2. No wiring is needed for the front panel jacks, and do not connect the distributed PTT line.
3. Use the rear jacks for the power supply (VDC), radio (RADIO), SDR (SDR), and antenna (ANTENNA) interfaces. Connect each to its respective feeder.
4. For optimal performance, use feeders with good shielding and cover them with a magnetic ring.
5. Ensure the device and radio shell are grounded to prevent the radio from interfering with the SDR during transmission.
6. After removing the jumper, it is normal for the TRX light on the panel to be red constantly. When not transmitting, the SDR light will be green indicating it's in normal working state; it turns off when transmitting, which may cause indicators to flash and relay sounds.
