Return Procedure for Customers of the US::

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@evalm.com  Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid return label for free.
When you contact us, please provide the following information:
Order number
Reason for return
Condition of the item
Any relevant images or documentation to support your return request.

Return Shipping:

Standard Items: For most items, we provide a free prepaid return label to facilitate the return process. Simply attach the provided label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping center or schedule a pickup.

Large Items: For oversized or heavy products, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping at their expense. Please contact our customer support for the return address and further instructions.

Return Procedure for Customers Outside of the US:

  1. For damage or unavailability due to our fault:

    • Please contact our customer support team and provide relevant details about the issue, along with any supporting images or documentation.
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 working days.
    • There is no need to return the item in this case.
  2. For returns due to the customer’s own reasons:

    • Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return request.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions for shipping the package to our warehouse in the United States.
    • Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days.
Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace your item with a different one, please return the original item following our return procedure and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and arranging a replacement or refund.
