Important Notes

1. The high-voltage winding of the transformer is located in the inner layer and is encapsulated in epoxy resin using a segmented bobbin. The low-voltage winding is on the outer layer. Please distinguish between the two correctly.
2. This circuit generates a stable high-frequency arc when in use. The temperature can get extremely high and may ignite combustibles.
3. Without connecting the secondary high voltage output to a high voltage rectifier diode and capacitor, the transformer outputs high-frequency, high-voltage electricity. The resulting light purple arc can easily ignite paper or thin iron wire.
4. For generating DC high voltage or building negative ion generators, connect the output terminal to a series of voltage-compression circuits with high-voltage capacitors and rectifiers.
5. This transformer is compatible with a 12V voltage. Adjust the base feedback resistance between approximately 150Ω and 1.5KΩ, increasing from larger values to smaller ones cautiously, to avoid damage to the transistor or transformer.
6. The transformer has a maximum output limit of 15KV, corresponding to a 1.5cm arc. Exceeding this may result in damage. For long-term reliability, seal it completely with insulating wax or epoxy resin. Do not operate without proper sealing.
