Protective Board Connection Instructions:
- Attention: Cable standards may vary. Ensure the use of matching cables, and pay attention to the B- and P- marks, as their colors may differ among manufacturers.
- When soldering the sampling wire cable, do not insert the cable into the BMS.
- Connect the total negative electrode B- from the fine black line. Connect the second wire (red) to the positive pole of the first string of batteries, then connect each string's positive electrode in turn until the last wire cable of the total positive B+.
- After connecting the cable, do not insert the plug directly into the BMS. Measure the voltage between each pair of adjacent metal terminals on the back of the plug. Ensure the voltage is correct according to the battery type before proceeding.
- Connect the BMS B-line (blue thick line) to the total battery negative electrode. Ensure the B-line is no longer than 40cm.
- Finally, insert the wire cable into the BMS.
After Wiring is Completed:
- Verify that the voltage of battery B+, B- is equal to the voltage of B+ and P-. If they match, the BMS is functioning normally. If not, recheck the wiring as described above.
- For the charging and discharging end:
- Positive electrodes connect directly to the total positive B+ of the battery.
- The same port BMS method connects the charging and discharging negative poles to the P- point on the BMS.
- The branch BMS method connects the charging negative to C- and the discharging negative to P-.
