Installation Instructions:

1. Insert the chuck into the pressure cap and carefully rotate the spring until the eccentric part of the pressure cap aligns with the spring groove. Apply equal force along the arrow direction to securely fit the spring.
2. Attach the spring and cap assembly onto the chuck body or spindle. After cleaning the cylindrical shank, insert it into the clamping hole. Use a wrench to tighten the pressure cap, ensuring the tool is securely clamped before use. Note: Avoid tightening the pressure cap without a tool to prevent damage to the clamp spring.
3. To remove, use a wrench to loosen the pressure cap, then extract the chuck or tool. Push out the spring in the direction of the arrow and replace it as needed.
