5 Ways to Unlock: Experience hassle-free entry with our versatile 5-in-1 unlocking method, which includes Tuya APP, fingerprint, code, key, and IC card access. Tuya APP Mode: Download the Tuya Smart app, compatible with iOS and Android, from the respective app stores. Open Bluetooth on your smartphone, add the device, select the lock, and start the Bluetooth distribution network. You can check records through cloud storage.
USB Rechargeable: Powered by 4*AAA batteries (not included). A voice alarm prompts when voltage is below 4.8V, allowing approximately 100 openings. In case of no power, use the USB emergency power socket with a power bank to unlock the door.
Multiple Functions: Features a trial and error locking function; after 5 password or 30 fingerprint failures, it locks for 90 seconds with an alarm. Supports mobile app for generating remote passwords and apartment management functions.
Easy Installation: Install 4*AAA batteries (not included), insert the front handle into the lock body, assemble the rear handle parts, secure screws tightly, and test with the key in the keyhole.

Description

Add Fingerprint/Temporary Passcode: Navigate to "Member Management", select a member, click "Add", and place your finger on the recognition area 5 times following voice prompts. Adjust finger position for full recording. For "Temporary Code", choose from "Time Limited", "One-time", "Dynamic", or "Custom".

Passage Mode: Disable "Auto Lock" and unlock to activate Passage Mode. Re-enable "Auto Lock" to deactivate. Note: In Passage Mode, the lock can be unlocked without permission.

Reset Lock with App: Click "Remove Device" and then "Confirm" to reset the lock via the app. If offline, slide your finger on the main interface to bring it online.

Reset Lock with Reset Hole:
1. Remove the front handle, disassemble and change the lock via USB interface.
2. Press the RET reset hole gently with a small object (like a pen) for 4 seconds; listen for beeps. Release after beeps stop. Factory settings will restore within 5 seconds, confirmed by a voice message.
