Depending on the workpiece processing requirements, you can choose the appropriate tool holders to complete tasks such as cylindrical facing, end facing, cutting, drilling, reaming, and boring. This system allows you to mount tools outside the machine tool with quick tool exchanges, high accuracy, and strong rigidity, making it an excellent replacement for square turrets.

Usage

250-001: Quick tool change holder for lathe cutting tool bits up to 1/2 inch. Compatible with cuneiform type 250-000.
250-002: V-hold for round shank boring bars and tools, suitable for machining end face, external cutting, boring, etc.
250-007: Use square tool to make slot cut-off, etc.
250-010: Can be used for knurling; if using a square tool, it may process the end face, external cutting, boring, etc.
