Instructions

1. Plug in the power and allow the device to heat for 5 minutes. Feel the vibration by pressing the switch.
2. Position the nozzle over the tin to be removed, let the nozzle melt the tin, press the switch to suck up the tin, and release to deposit it in the slag box.

Cleaning Tin Slag

1. Ensure the device is unplugged and fully cooled before cleaning.
2. Unscrew the cap counterclockwise, remove the tin slag, and reattach the cap.

Replacing the Tin Suction Nozzle

1. Unplug and cool the device completely.
2. Use pliers to twist and remove the nozzle counterclockwise, then install a new one.

Common Problems and Solutions

• Replacement Timing: Replace the nozzle while heating to prevent damage.
• Press the switch several times before shutting off to clear any tin residues.
• If the heating core is blocked, clean the tube with a needle after heating.
