Important Notes Before Purchase

1. WiFi Connection: This is an experimental feature. Some computers may not be compatible, and as a result, we do not guarantee its functionality or provide technical support. Future support depends on customer feedback.
2. PC Software Compatibility: Only supports Windows 7 and above. Android 5.0 and above is required for the app. Test the download and installation before purchasing. Refunds will not be provided if issues arise solely with software compatibility.
3. Inductive Load Connection: When connecting to inductive loads like motors, the maximum working current is one-third of the range. Do not exceed this limit.
4. PSU Inspection: Upon receipt, use a multimeter to ensure the output voltage is stable and matches the rated voltage. If abnormal, contact us before connecting to avoid further loss.
5. Surface Scratches: Minor surface scratches may be present but do not affect performance. If this concerns you, consider not purchasing.
6. Connection Expertise Required: Connections should only be made by someone knowledgeable in electronics and electrical engineering, ensuring reliable grounding.
7. Warranty Labels: Due to shipping, some warranty labels may be damaged but this does not affect the product warranty.
8. Variation in Internal Materials: Different production batches may have variations in materials, as explained here.
9. Backup Fuse: A backup fuse is included with the RD6024W. If the main fuse is burnt, use the backup temporarily and replace the damaged one for full output.
10. Assembly Instruction: Follow provided instructions when installing the switching power supply into a case. Do not remove the PSU shell as it can lead to overheating and void after-sales service.
