The latest version is now available with a slightly larger size and a fan upgrade to a high-speed dual bearing model. This enhancement provides higher cooling redundancy, making it perfect for extended operation periods.

Important Note

This is professional testing equipment. Users should have a basic understanding of electronics, including concepts such as voltage and current capacity (Ah), to use the device properly and prevent potential damage. Ensure you use a DC 12V power supply with a voltage range of 11-14V and minimum current of 0.5A, or an error code "Err6" will be displayed.

Please note, the default power adapter is not included. The 110W model will feature a stylish silver shell!

Instructions

For mode settings, hold down the start-stop button while powering the device. To switch between "Fun1" (electronic load mode) and "Fun2" (battery capacity test mode), rotate the knob. Use the start-stop button to confirm your selection.

Electronic Load Mode

  1. Power the device and ensure it enters a stopped state. Connect the test power supply to the input port (P+ P-) with the correct polarity.
  2. Use the knob to set the current and lower voltage. Confirm your settings by pressing the knob.
  3. Press start-stop; the "RUN" indicator will light. The device will engage the set discharge current while displaying input load voltage.
  4. Adjust settings during operation as needed. Adjustments to the lower voltage require stopping the load first. Custom settings and states are auto-saved, even after a power-down.

Battery Capacity Test Mode

  1. Fully charge the test battery before starting.
  2. Connect the battery and enter battery capacity test mode. Properly connect the test lines (P+, P-, V+, V-).
  3. Set the discharge current and voltage, then start the test. Ensure proper wiring if errors occur.
  4. The tester monitors voltage, current, and discharge capacity. Upon reaching set conditions, data will flash with an audible alert.
  5. Stop the alarm by pressing start-stop. View battery discharge data by turning the knob. Clear data for a new test by holding the start-stop button.

Additional Information

  • Adjust discharge parameters during tests. For a clean start, reset the data by holding the start-stop button until 0.000Ah.
  • Automatic storage ensures data preservation through power disruptions.

Fault Protection

  • Err1: High capacity test battery voltage.
  • Err2: Voltage below set termination or reversed battery.
  • Err3: Excess line resistance.
  • Err4: Circuit failure.
  • Err6: Inappropriate power supply.
  • otP: Overheat protection.
  • Ert: Sensor failure/low temperature.
  • ouP: High voltage in electronic load mode.
  • oPP: Overpower in electronic load mode.
