FAQ

1. Why doesn't the device respond to commands or calling after authorization?

   This may occur due to different communication methods by operators in various countries. The device may recognize a different number format. E.g., if your authorized number is +86 12345678, the device may recognize it as 12345678. In such cases, send a verification instruction to ensure the correct number is authorized using the following command: 0000#CHECKTHEPHONE# (0000 is the normal user's password). The device will respond with the recognized phone number, which should be used for re-authorization.

2. What are push users? What's the difference between Push notification and Operator's SMS return?

   Push notification: When anyone activates the relay, an SMS notification is sent to the super admin (notification push users). To disable this function, send [1234#N#].

   Operators SMS return: SMS returns are sent to users who activated the relay via SMS/free calling. To disable this function, send [1234#FBR].
