This ultrasonic cleaner system includes a driver power board and configurable ultrasonic transducer options, suitable for both standard and industrial ultrasonic cleaning applications.

All configurations are selected within one product listing by choosing the appropriate power board output, transducer specification, and transducer quantity.

Note: Each configuration includes ONE (1) power board. The selected quantity refers to the number of ultrasonic transducers only.

Wiring Instructions (Important)

⚠ Do not power on the system without load or without liquid in the tank.

Transducer Polarity:
First two terminals: Positive
Upper and lower metal columns: Negative
Incorrect wiring may cause permanent damage

Ceramic Welding Guidelines:
Silver layer (negative side) must face outward
Max welding temperature: 280°C
Recommended temperature: ~250°C

Installation Notes

• Fix the transducer (side with screw holes) firmly to the tank bottom using suitable adhesive
• Ensure even contact between transducer and tank for optimal ultrasonic transmission
• The tank must be properly grounded
• A leakage protection switch is strongly recommended
