Instructions
- Power On: Turn the knob; the indicator light will flash three times quickly, signaling a successful start.
- Shutdown: Simply turn off the knob to power down.
- Welding: Place the welding pens on the nickel sheet and press the foot switch. Once the red light flashes three times, current is released to complete welding.
- The knob adjusts output current, where higher values result in higher output.
Note
- Avoid using the device while charging to prevent battery damage.
- If temperatures rise too high during soldering, allow it to cool before continuing.
- Charge promptly when voltage drops below 7.3V.
- Operate within temperatures between 10°C and 65°C, and avoid water exposure. Familiarize yourself with the operational instructions before use.
Operation Requirements and Tips
- Position the nickel sheet on the lithium battery, use the 18650 battery clamp to adjust, and press the pedal to complete welding.
- Ensure to press the nickel sheet firmly with the two welding needles during operation.
- Avoid contact between welding pins to prevent short circuits.
- Adjust welding parameters based on the product specifics to achieve the desired results.
- Inspect welding needles regularly for carbon deposits and clean them with a file or sandpaper if necessary.
