This 49:1 balun is designed for end-fed antennas, providing seamless resonance in four popular amateur bands: 7, 14, 21, and 28 MHz. Simply attach a standard 20-meter-long wire, and experience natural resonance with minimal impact from height changes. This product is ideal for HAM enthusiasts with some DIY abilities, as you can easily craft your 20-meter-long wire.

The balun features a custom magnetic ring and an extended, customized M-seat for secure attachment. The magnetic ring is securely fixed with a PCB, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.

Note:

The end-fed balun offers superior bandwidth and gain in naturally resonant antennas. However, it has higher loss compared to conventional baluns. Therefore, it should not be used continuously for long durations. The power rating is 100W PEP, which is double during data communication. Always halve power when using FM and data communication modes like FT8.
