- Solder the Sampling Cables: Connect the black cable to the negative terminal of the battery and subsequent red cables to positive terminals of sequential battery strings.
- Check the Cables: Measure voltages between adjacent cables from the header to ensure proper connections.
- Connect the Output Wires: Attach the B- wire of the BMS to the total negative terminal, and plug the sampling cable into the BMS. Activate the BMS and verify voltages are consistent.
Activating the BMS
The BMS activates automatically on first use. If dormant, activate it using the following methods:
- Use key switch.
- Press buttons on the Bluetooth module or SOC indicator.
- Use CAN/RS485 communication or connect to the Mobile APP via Bluetooth.
- Charge or discharge the battery.
Please ensure all connections are secure and the NTC is connected before activation.
