Key Points of Use:

1. We recommend a 12V, 20AH-60AH lead-acid battery, or a high-rate 3-string or 4-string lithium battery pack as input power (must perform well, enough to start a car; voltage range: 12V-16.8V).
2. Ensure firm connections and avoid extending wires randomly. Start with low power for spot welding and gradually increase to avoid excessive current impacting MOS tube performance. Do not reverse-connect input electrodes or exceed specified voltage range.
3. For best results, weld 0.1mm nickel-plated steel strips. Achieving 0.2mm thickness is possible with double welding. Avoid welding pure nickel, copper, or aluminum.
