Installation and Wiring in 3 Easy Steps
- Solder the Sampling Cables: Connect the black cable to the negative battery terminal, then connect the subsequent red cables to the positive terminals of each battery string sequentially.
- Check the Cables: Measure the voltage between two adjacent cables starting from the header to ensure correct connections.
- Connect the Output Wires: Attach the B- wire of the BMS to the total negative terminal of the battery pack. Plug the sampling cable into the BMS and verify voltage consistency between B+ & B- and P+ & P-.
Activating the BMS
The BMS activates automatically upon first use. For reactivation, ensure all connections, including the NTC, are correct. Activation methods include:
- Using a key switch
- Pressing buttons on the Bluetooth module or SOC indicator
- Connecting via CAN/RS485 communication or Bluetooth to a Mobile App
- Charging or discharging the battery
