Instructions for Use

1. Power Connection: The controller has a 20cm long 10AWG input wire with one end crimped with a U-shaped terminal. Connect the U-shaped terminal to the control power input terminal while processing the other end according to your power supply. Ensure correct negative electrode connection.
2. Switch On/Off: A power switch is located under the control board. Press it and wait 3 seconds for the buzzer and LCD to indicate the boot process completion. Press again to shut down.
3. Screen Description & Parameter Adjustment:
   • WELD ENERGY: Adjustable from 01-99 using up and down keys.
   • INPUT: Displays input power voltage.
   • WELD WAY: Switch between Manual/Auto using the "square label" button.
4. Welding: Ensure the welding pin is clean and polished to a round head for optimal results. Both manual and automatic methods are available.
