Battery Charging Instructions
- Confirm the required battery float voltage, charging current, and module input voltage.
- Set the output voltage to around 5V using the constant voltage potentiometer.
- Measure the output short-circuit current using a multimeter in the 10A current scale, adjust to desired charging current.
- Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to achieve the float voltage.
- Connect the battery and begin charging (Steps 1-4 require the power module to be connected, no-load for output).
LED Constant Current Drive Instructions
- Identify the desired LED operating current and maximum operating voltage.
- Set the output voltage to around 5V using the constant voltage potentiometer.
- Measure the output short-circuit current and adjust to the desired LED operating current.
- Adjust to the maximum LED operating voltage using the constant voltage potentiometer.
- Connect the LED for testing (Steps 1-4 require power module input connection, no-load for output).
