1. Ensure your battery has sufficient voltage for the controller to identify the battery type before the initial installation.
2. Install the controller close to the battery to prevent voltage drops caused by excessive wiring length, which could affect voltage judgment.
3. This controller is designed for lead-acid batteries only (including open, sealed, and colloidal types). Do not use it for other batteries such as NiMH or lithium.
4. Use photovoltaic panels as the charging power source—do not apply DC or other power sources.
