Instructions:

  1. Power On: Turn the knob to power on. The indicator light will flash 3 times quickly, confirming a successful startup.
  2. Shutdown: Turn off the knob to power down.
  3. Welding: Place the two welding pens on the nickel sheet, then press and hold the foot switch. The red light will flash 3 times before the current is output to complete the welding.
  4. The knob allows adjustment of the output current. A larger value indicates higher output.

Note:

  • Avoid using the device while charging to prevent battery damage.
  • If the soldering temperature becomes too high, allow the device to cool before reuse.
  • Recharge promptly when the voltage drops below 7.3V.
  • Operate within an ambient temperature of 10°C to 65°C. Keep the device dry. Familiarize yourself with the operation instructions before use.

Battery Spot Welding Machine Operation and Maintenance Tips:

  1. Place a nickel sheet on the lithium battery. Use the 18650 battery clamp to position the nickel sheet, then step on the pedal to complete the welding.
  2. During welding, ensure that the nickel sheet and battery are pressed with two needles.
  3. Avoid contact between welding pins.
  4. Adjust welding parameters based on actual product welding effects for optimal results.
  5. Regularly inspect the welding needle for carbon deposits and clean with a file or sandpaper if necessary.
