Troubleshooting

Fault Phenomenon Fault Check and Cause The Solution
Unable to Charge Measure voltage of 4 groups of batteries. If a battery voltage exceeds 4.25V, overcharge protection activates. Pair the battery pack well and avoid mixing good and bad batteries.
Unable to Discharge Measure voltage of 4 groups of batteries. If a battery voltage is lower than 2.7V, over-discharge protection activates. Pair the battery pack well and avoid mixing good and bad batteries.
Charging/Discharging Failure Miswiring (e.g., OV, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, 16.8V) Rewire or replace with a new board (no warranty for human errors).
Discharge Protection Check battery pack's discharge capacity or if the load's starting current exceeds overcurrent protection current. Replace battery pack or use protective plate with higher current capacity.
Component Soldering Issues No connection between component and PCB pad; or short circuit between component pins. Repair soldering; remove component and re-weld.
Electrostatic Breakdown Check MOSFET's G, D, and S poles resistances; zero resistance indicates breakdown. Remove and replace the MOS tube.
