Applications:
Battery Charging:
- Confirm battery float voltage, charging current, and module input voltage.
- Adjust the potentiometer to set the output voltage to approximately 5V.
- Measure the short-circuit output current using a multimeter and set to the desired charge current.
- Adjust the lamp current as needed (default is 0.1 times the charging current).
- Set the output voltage to the battery’s float voltage.
- Connect and charge the battery. (Ensure modules are correctly connected prior to battery connection.)
LED Constant Current Driver:
- Ensure specified LED operating current and max voltage are known.
- Set output voltage to around 5V via potentiometer adjustment.
- Measure short-circuit output current and adjust to desired LED current.
- Set the output voltage to the LED’s max operating voltage.
- Connect and test the LED. (Confirm module connections before LED attachment.)
