Applications:

Battery Charging:

  1. Confirm battery float voltage, charging current, and module input voltage.
  2. Adjust the potentiometer to set the output voltage to approximately 5V.
  3. Measure the short-circuit output current using a multimeter and set to the desired charge current.
  4. Adjust the lamp current as needed (default is 0.1 times the charging current).
  5. Set the output voltage to the battery’s float voltage.
  6. Connect and charge the battery. (Ensure modules are correctly connected prior to battery connection.)

LED Constant Current Driver:

  1. Ensure specified LED operating current and max voltage are known.
  2. Set output voltage to around 5V via potentiometer adjustment.
  3. Measure short-circuit output current and adjust to desired LED current.
  4. Set the output voltage to the LED’s max operating voltage.
  5. Connect and test the LED. (Confirm module connections before LED attachment.)
