Important Note:

The soldering tip is not intended for continuous use at high temperatures, as this can lead to damage. The melting point for common solder is 183°C, and for lead-free solder it is 227°C. The recommended welding temperature range is 300-380°C.

Operating above 380°C can cause rapid oxidation of the iron tip, reducing the lifespan of the heating core. Temperature readings above this point may fluctuate, which is normal and should not affect usage.

New soldering iron tips may experience unstable resistance, causing temporary temperature fluctuations or errors, which will stabilize with use.
